This is a lovely antique ironstone plate in the "Shanghai" pattern by J.F. Wileman—a predecessor to the Shelley pottery company in England. The plate features a classic Chinoiserie motif in brown transferware, which was especially popular in the mid-to-late 1800s.
The stamp and “IRONSTONE” marking, along with the crazing and wear, suggest this piece is from the late 19th century, possibly around 1860–1880.
